The Mechanical Engineering Manager leads and develops a team of Mechanical Engineering Supervisors, Leads, and Project Engineers, establishing clear standards, career pathways, and accountability. While this role is not intended to be a primary billable project resource, it maintains hands-on involvement during critical project phases, including bid support, technical risk resolution, design reviews, and complex execution challenges.

Success in this role is measured by engineering readiness, execution consistency, risk mitigation, team development, and alignment between business demand and engineering capacity, while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget.
