* Our company is pursuing our vision to become a world-leading provider of environmentally friendly piping systems for industry and utility markets with a focus on water cycle applications If you are a hard-working, reliable, hands-on order picker/packer who has experience working in a shipping/receiving warehouse environment and enjoy teambuilding events such as summer BBQ lunches, annual Christmas party then this will be a rewarding role for you.  We are currently looking for Material handling warehouse associate (s)   Salary:             $18 - $20 (by experience) Status:             Full Time Benefits:          Group Benefits and RRSP Plan Location:         Vaughan, ON Shift Hours:     Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (40hr/WK)   JOB SUMMARY Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the successful candidate in this position will work together with a small team of professionals to ensure the shipping/receiving process runs smoothly and successfully. This includes hands-on order picking/packing, accurate, efficient and timely processing of orders, receiving inbound orders accurately with correct placement in bin locations as well as in the SAP and providing customer service at the pick-up counter. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES   ** Prepare and fulfil orders fast and correctly while providing high-quality customer service. Expedite orders quickly and efficiently ** Receive inbound orders with accuracy ** Maintain, match, and coordinate all incoming and outgoing documentation. ** Process orders and conduct quality checks. ** Organize stock in the most efficient way using forklifts, pallets, cranes etc. ** Receive and check incoming pick tickets ** Pull material to fulfil orders accurately and properly ** Wrap orders and place them on trucks for delivery ** Document orders, materials, and any stock movements ** Expedite shipments and prepare export documentation. ** Operate forklift, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items, materials into and off trucks and loading docks. ** Fulfill orders by packaging necessary materials and preparing them for shipment ** Analyze pick sheets based on clients' orders and pull the appropriate products for each order. ** RF scanning would be an asset ** Maintain a safe work area while being organized for optimal efficiency. ** Perform housekeeping duties as required.     DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS    ** High school Diploma or equivalent ** Proven experience as a Material Handler ** Experience and/or license to operate forklift, Raymond Reach, or Order Picker (will train). ** Strong communication skills ** Attention to detail ** Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (lift up to 50lbs) ** Ability to assess risks and ensure safety protocol and polices are adhered to.
