Description: Job Description: Department - Production Job Title - Material Handler / Reach Truck Forklift operator Job Location - Aurora, IL Job Shift - 1st 7am-5:30pm Pay Rate - $20.00 per hour Job Type - Temp to hire ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES โ€ข Safely load, unload, move, and store raw materials, components, and finished products โ€ข Pull, verify, and fill orders using pick lists, work orders, and shipping documents โ€ข Operate forklifts, double-reach trucks, and pallet jacks; perform daily safety inspections โ€ข Supply production lines with required materials to support on-time production โ€ข Maintain accurate inventory counts and management, complete bin transfers, and document stock movements in the system (NetSuite/MRP) โ€ข Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies, equipment issues, or labeling errors โ€ข Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment โ€ข Follow all safety policies and assist with general warehouse duties as needed โ€ข Requires attention to detail, basic math and Excel skills, ability to stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
