Job description

Thermal Specialties is looking for a Warehouse Associate/Driver for our Distribution Warehouse Division in Tulsa, OK. This individual needs to have strong work ethic and reliability and be able to work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining high safety and quality standards.


Knowledge & Skills:

  • Must have a valid and activedrivers license
  • Be able to drive our company truck/box truck to pick up incoming stock or deliver materials to designated locations as needed within a 250 radius
  • Perform local deliveries and pickups as needed.
  • Complete tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, picking, stocking, staging, fabrication and transportation of goods
  • Load and unload materials to and from designated storage area, such as racks, shelves, storage yard, or vehicles
  • Pull and package material for new orders. Unload floor-loaded stock trucks
  • Perform daily cycle count
  • Fabrication of custom insulation systems (pipe cover, elbows, metal jacketing)
  • Operate fork lift or other machinery (saw, stomp shear, metal roller) in order to complete tasks
  • Maintains condition of work area (i.e. free of trash, product in correct location, etc.)
  • Follows company safety policies and procedures and encourages other associates to do the same
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Basic math skills and accuracy in reading a tape measure
  • Working knowledge of fabrication preferred but not required
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Will be required to perform a DOT Physical to be able to deliver out of state.


Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to work in extreme high/low temperatures and a physically demanding environment. Frequently required to stand for long periods of time.
