Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support production and warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for receiving, stocking, staging, and transporting materials throughout the facility to ensure production teams have the parts they need when they need them. The ideal candidate has experience with shipping and receiving, forklift operation, inventory control, and working within a manufacturing or warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
  • Label, stock, and organize inventory in designated warehouse and production locations.
  • Assemble production kits and ensure all required components are available for manufacturing.
  • Move materials throughout the facility using forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Prepare parts and finished products for shipment, including packaging, staging, and loading.
  • Utilize SAP and inventory management systems to track material movements and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Follow all safety procedures and material handling standards.
  • Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
