Job description

Olsten Staffing is assisting a local client in Bethune, South Carolina to find an experienced and eager MATERIAL HANLDER W/FORKLIFT EXPERIENCEto join their growing team!
This position is responsible for supporting daily warehouse activities, including material handling, shipping and receiving, truck loading and unloading, and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring materials are handled safely and organized properly.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Move materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed
  • Load trucks for outgoing shipments according to company procedures
  • Unload incoming trucks and inspect materials for accuracy and damage
  • Stage and organize materials in designated warehouse locations
  • Complete required shipping, receiving, and inventory paperwork accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
  • Assist with inventory control and other warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse or material handling experience required
  • Must have forklift experience
  • Must be forklift certified or possess a valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer and paperwork/documentation skills
Pay rate for this position is $19 an hour.
