Your tasks will include supporting inventory control by running supply and demand models within the ERP system to align production needs. You will generate, print, and release work orders and pick lists to the production floor, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. You will perform work order closing transactions to update inventory quantities, including tracking work-in-progress to finished goods. In addition, you will create and distribute work order packets, assist with job routing coordination, and maintain accurate electronic documentation through data entry and filing. You will attend meetings to gather updates on new orders, revisions, supplier issues, and production timelines, and communicate scheduling requirements or shortages with floor supervisors. You will also coordinate material and supply ordering, monitor quality-related part needs, generate reports, update presentations, and support general administrative tasks using Microsoft Office tools.

We are looking for a candidate with a high school diploma or GED and at least six months of administrative or manufacturing planning experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. An associate degree in a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. You should demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, solid interpersonal abilities, and effective time management. You should be comfortable entering large volumes of data accurately and efficiently and be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.

We also appreciate candidates who have experience in manufacturing environments and a strong understanding of production planning processes. A proactive mindset, along with the ability to identify issues and contribute to process improvements, will help you stand out in this role.
