Job description

Mainelli Wagner & Associates is a growing civil engineering firm in search of qualified individuals to add to our construction inspection department based in Lincoln, Nebraska. Our reputation in the local engineering and construction industries is second to none. We are seeking individuals that will sustain our established reputation. Candidates should be honest, hardworking, team players that are capable of multitasking and excited about learning. Daily duties may include: quality control inspection and documentation on a variety of utility, bridge, and roadway related construction projects.

Applicants who possess experience and knowledge of the following skills are encouraged to apply:

• Coordination of construction activities on multiple projects

• Research data and maintain accurate records

• Knowledge of concrete and/or common construction related materials

• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications

• Make logical decisions to ensure quality control

A degree in construction management is preferred, but not mandatory. Students are welcome to apply; we will work around your schedule and provide a full-time job during summer and/or holidays. Training or experience in any business or construction related discipline will be considered. A valid driver’s license is required; employees may be required to travel.
