  • Perform scrap transactions and reissue replacement components as needed.

  • Complete accurate production reporting on all work orders.

  • Service manufacturing teams to meet operational demands.

Systems & Documentation

  • Input all material movement transactions using the appropriate ERP software module.

  • Notify Planner, Supervisor, or Buyer immediately of discrepancies, shortages, or material concerns.

  • Follow all work instructions and documented processes to ensure compliance.

  • Support analytical reviews to determine root causes and corrective actions for inventory errors.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Cross-train and assist in shipping and receiving functions as workload demands.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Follow all safety practices and promptly address potential hazards.

  • Assist in training and onboarding new employees as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Experience in inventory control and stockroom procedures

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physical tasks including standing, reaching, and climbing ladders

  • Ability to work with export-controlled materials in compliance with regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems and electronic inventory transactions

  • Working knowledge of electronic scales

  • Familiarity with ISO or regulated manufacturing environments

  • Strong analytical skills to help identify and correct inventory discrepancies
