Job Description:

As an Automotive Assembly Team Member, you will play a vital role in the assembly and production of vehicles. Working closely with the assembly team, supervisors, and quality control personnel, you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the assembly line. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Performing assembly tasks according to established procedures and quality standards.

- Operating hand and power tools, as well as specialized equipment, to complete assembly tasks.

- Conducting quality checks and inspections to ensure that all components are properly installed and meet specifications.

- Troubleshooting and resolving assembly issues or defects in a timely manner.

- Collaborating with team members to improve assembly processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and quality enhancements.

- Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

- Following production schedules and meeting production targets.

- Assisting with other tasks as assigned by supervisors or team leaders.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in automotive assembly or a related field is preferred but not required.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with automotive components and systems.
