What skills and qualifications are needed to be a matchmaker?

To thrive as a Matchmaker, you need strong interpersonal skills, an understanding of relationship dynamics, and experience in counseling or psychology, often supported by relevant training or certifications. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and online dating platforms is typically valuable. Exceptional communication, empathy, and discretion help build trust with clients and facilitate meaningful connections.
