As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will engage in the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and structured interviews to gather vital information.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with each client's goals, ensuring a personalized approach to care.
• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy sessions for adult clients, incorporating techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Utilize our teletherapy platform for conducting virtual sessions, ensuring that clients receive uninterrupted and high-quality support through digital mediums.
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, effectively managing immediate challenges that clients may encounter.

Your primary focus will be on adult clients who are facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related disorders. To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possession of a valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstration of strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport and maintaining connections with clients.
• Exhibition of strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, ensuring that client needs are met promptly and thoroughly.

While not mandatory, the ideal candidate may demonstrate prior experience using telehealth platforms to deliver therapy, showcasing adaptability in remote service delivery. Familiarity with a range of therapeutic methodologies is highly beneficial, as it allows for the exploration of diverse treatment options tailored to our clients' needs.
