Willa's Provisions is a simple corner coffee shop set on a sunny spot in Tampa, the kind of place you wish you lived across the street from. Voted Tampa's best coffee shop, we love being part of our neighbor's day, and can't wait to get to know you and your orders. Open daily, 8A-4P.
We are seeking talented, passionate and experienced barista team members to john our team. Baristas have a knack for making people smile and creating memorable experiences. You love working with a team and thrive in a hustle bustle environment! You are proactive by always preparing for what's next...cleaning, stocking, and openly communicating what you need to your team. You are the face of Willa's Provisions and it is your goal to be the happiest part of our guests' day.
Schedule: full-time, minimum 4-day per week
Availability: open, must be able to work weekends
As a Barista you will work with your co-workers to provide the best experience possible for each of our guests...crafting quality tea, matcha, and coffee beverages and anticipating guests' needs.
