Description
WomanWorx a division of Minnesota Women's Care is seeking a dynamic, organized, and responsible Pilates Instructor to join our growing team in our Pelvic Floor and Women's Fitness Center.
This position will work closely with a team of physical therapists, chiropractors, and exercise experts to work with women of all ages and stages of life. Specifically, those with pelvic floor dysfunction like prolapse, urinary incontinence, prenatal, post-natal and those with weight loss goals
  • Work in a multi-disciplinary team of experts to put develop safe and effective Pilates workouts, specific to the client's needs
  • Teach Group Pilates Reformer classes (5:1)
  • Teach Group Mat Pilates
  • Develop, safe, professional, and comprehensive programs for our patients/members.
  • Monitor and instruct clients during training sessions on the safe and effective use the equipment
  • Ability to modify and adapt instruction based on students' physical needs
  • Promotes and sells Pilates classes, fitness memberships, personal training and group training to members

Requirements
  • Certified in Pilates Reformer
  • Additional fitness certification from accredited agencies preferred
  • Understanding of anatomy and importance of proper alignment and safe movement practices
  • Experience working with clinical and non-clinical populations
  • Team oriented and willing to sub for peer instructors when needed
  • CPR & AED certifications
  • Must be friendly, approachable, positive, and genuine
  • Ability to perform an aerobic activity for duration of a class

Salary Description
$30-$70 per class
