WHO YOU ARE

  • You have 3-5 years in a similar administrative position, and at least a High School Diploma
  • You are skilled in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook, with accurate keyboarding speed of at least 55 wpm
  • You have working knowledge of Microsoft Access, MasterSpec and MasterWorks
  • You are skilled in data entry, including QMS database application and Project Status 2K database application
  • You have knowledge of document filing, records processes, and departmental procedures
  • You are an independent worker, with the ability perform and complete assigned duties with minimal supervision
  • You take feedback well, with the ability to accept and understand direction from multiple sources and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • You're a people person. You're friendly and considerate. Connecting with people is important, and customer experience is a priority. You're open to developing positive working relationships across all levels of our organization and communicate effectively with all employees
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • You'll focus on coordination and preparation of Project Specifications, processing and tracking of Shop Drawings/Submittals, and preparation/assembly of project deliverables, proposals and other assignments requested by Primera staff
  • You'll source, price and purchase office, equipment and kitchen supplies
  • You'll log, process and file Quality Assurance documents
  • You'll coordinate project archiving and off-site document storage, perform and maintain project filing, and provide meeting support as needed (scheduling conference rooms, coordinating food, logistics)
  • You'll work in a flexible, people-first, empowering, safe, and supportive environment
