As an Amendment Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our payroll tax records. Your attention to detail, organizational prowess, and commitment to timely processing will play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. 

You will:

  • Monitor Salesforce queues for incoming amendment requests and research
  • Review correction project to evaluate amendments needed
  • Process amendment through MasterTax
  • Manage the collection/refund of any tax liabilities resulting from the amendment processing 
  • Manually process any amended tax returns not supported by MasterTax
  • Research agency amendment requirements and file compliantly  
  • Assist with customer tax notices requiring amendments to resolve
  • Provide support for clients and internal teams
