  • Translate customer needs and business goals into platform requirements and hardware specifications (performance, power, environmental, mounting, networking, cybersecurity, compute, storage, etc.)
  • Partner with hardware and software engineering to define clear interface contracts and software abstraction layers that enable multi-product reuse
  • Partner with engineering, operations, and supply chain on component selection, cost targets, reliability, test plans, and BOM optimization
  • Contribute to hardware lifecycle management (revisions, EOL/EOS, backward compatibility, and migration planning) balancing innovation with minimal customer disruption
  • Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Operations on certification/compliance plans and launch readiness gates

What you need to be successful in this role:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Information Systems or related field
  • MBA/relevant advanced degree preferred
