Appropriately identifies patients at nutrition risk

Assesses diet order based on patient's age, current

Accurately assess physical limitations which may compromise nutritional status.

Accurately calculate metabolic needs, i.e., energy protein, fluid, and/or other specific nutrients.

Recommends appropriate nutrition intervention based on subjective and objective data.

Accurately documents the initial and ongoing assessment of patient's nutritional status and progress as determined by chart review.
