About the job

  • Develop and execute account-specific business plans to drive organic growth opportunities.

  • Conduct business reviews with independent retailers, establishing launch and annual sales targets to achieve growth objectives.

  • Support accounts in ordering products through the B2B platform and maintaining inventory, displays, promotional materials, and point-of-sale assets.

  • Ensure brand standards are met by maintaining product displays, merchandising fixtures, lighting, and visual presentation to maximize sales performance.

  • Implement corporate sales and product training at the store level, assess staff capabilities, and recommend development opportunities through eLearning programs.

  • Drive and maximize performance for overall district business

  • Motivate partners to meet sales goal through customer experience, and communication of sales and KPI goal expectation

About You

We are looking for a motivated talent, who brings along the following background:

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role

  • Experience in the retail industry is required

  • Previous experience working with multiple accounts

  • Strong team orientation and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

  • Experience monitoring, analyzing, and managing KPIs to drive business performance

  • English proficiency is a plus
