Job description


We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and improve customer engagement. The Marketing Director will oversee all marketing activities, including product marketing, branding, public relations, advertising, digital marketing, and market research. 
This is an onsite role in Los Angeles.

Responsibilities: 
 
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and improve customer engagement
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and sales targets
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget and track ROl for all marketing activities
  • Oversee product marketing, including product positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies
  • Develop and manage the brand strategy, including brand messaging, brand guidelines, and brand campaigns
  • Manage public relations efforts, including media outreach, press releases, and speaking engagements
  • Oversee advertising efforts, including online and offline advertising campaigns
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, social media, SEO, and PPC advertising
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure consistency in messaging and branding
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies
 
Qualifications 
 
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in consumer goods marketing
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Passion for marketing and the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies
 
Salary: $150K - $170K + 15% bonus
