Marketing Manager – Remote Cardiac Monitoring

Rhythm Express is seeking an experienced and highly motivated marketing manager to create company and product awareness and "buzz" to generate leads to drive revenue growth. This individual will help drive physician awareness, lead generation, brand positioning, product marketing, and strategic communications for our innovative cardiac monitoring solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong healthcare marketing experience with creativity, analytical thinking, ability to motivate and bring out the best in people while thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth medical technology environment.

This role combines leadership with hands-on execution across all aspects of marketing - brand development, product marketing, demand generation and sales enablement. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with sales, clinical, product development, and executive teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and ensure operational excellence in all marketing activities.

Great candidates will have the following qualifications:

  • MBA with focus on marketing (or bachelors degree with comparable experience). An engineering degree would be a plus.
  • Minimum one year experience in marketing products in digital health, diagnostics, medical devices, or remote patient monitoring
  • Strong leadership abilities, with ability to manage a large team with a passion for servicing others to a high standard of quality
  • A collaborative orientation and strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of FDA, Medicare and HIPAA and their impact on marketing materials
  • Ability to travel 15-25% of the time
