The Legaldepartmentat Nordstrom is looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Program Manager tojoin the team andsupport the build-out and continuous improvement of our Legal Operations function. This role sits at the intersection of technology, process, and data. This Program Manager willbehelpinga high-performingin-houselegal team workfaster andsmarter,andserve the business more effectively. If you thrive on solving operational problems, managing multiple workstreams, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.

A day in the life...

  • Manage the day-to-day administration and optimization of legaland risktechnology platforms, includingthe Risk Management Information System(RMIS) toensuretools are configured, documented, and adopted across theteam

  • Support intake, triage, and tracking of Legal Operations requests and projects,maintainingvisibility into workstreams, owners, and timelines for leadership

  • Partner withTechnologyteams includingEngineering,as well asFinanceandInsurance,and outside vendors to coordinate system implementations, integrations, and process improvement initiatives from scoping through deployment. This may include launching RFPs,managingpilotsand other tech driven initiatives for the department.

  • Own andmaintainintranet sites such asSharepoint,fileshare drives and otherNordstromtools

  • Drive programmanagement,project managementand knowledge base via JIRA and Confluence

  • Develop andmaintainstandard operating procedures, knowledge base content, and training materials to drive consistency and self-service across the Legal department

You own this if you have...

  • 5+yearsofexperience in legal operationsand/orprogram management

  • Proficiencywith Origami (RMIS), JIRA,Confluenceand M365 suite

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities with strong attention to detail

  • Experience working with legaland risktechnology tools such as CLM platforms, matter management systems, e-billing software,and/or legal AI tech

  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and producing clear, concise reports or dashboards for non-technical audiences

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across Legal, Finance, IT, and other business functions

  • ABachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Legal Studies, or a related field

Pay Range Details

Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$80,000.00 - $132,000.00 Annual
