Motion Masters Physical Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team focused on orthopedic outpatient rehabilitation in Oceanside, California. In this full-time role, you will be instrumental in guiding patients on their recovery journeys, allowing them to regain strength and achieve their physical health goals.

Work Environment

You will work onsite at our specialized outpatient office in Oceanside, a vibrant coastal city known for its beautiful beaches and lively community. Your standard work hours will be Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations, assessing each patient’s medical history, physical capabilities, and rehabilitation goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care, tailoring treatment strategies to meet the unique needs of diverse patients alongside their preferences.
  • Educate patients about their conditions and the recommended treatment plan, ensuring they are engaged and informed participants in their care.
  • Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques and progressive exercise protocols to facilitate patient recovery.
  • Continuously monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, documenting progress and outcomes to maintain clear communication within the care team.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care is given and improve patient outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population dealing with various orthopedic conditions, which may include post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. We emphasize understanding and addressing the physical and emotional aspects of recovery, always aiming to assist our patients in returning to their daily activities and improving their overall quality of life.

Qualifications
  • Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from a CAPTE-accredited program.
  • Current, valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of California.
  • A clean record with no disciplinary actions or board-related penalties against your license.
  • A strong foundation in patient evaluation and orthopedic rehabilitation.
Preferred Experience
  • At least three years of experience in orthopedic physical rehabilitation settings, demonstrating expertise in manual therapy techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

The competitive salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
