Manager, FP&A

The FP&A Manager will lead G&A andheadcount planning & analysis-serving as a strategic partner to businessleaders and helping drive performance through data, insights, and financialrigor. This role is responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, andperformance analysis, as well as supporting business case development andstrategic decision-making. WhatYou'll Do:

  • Own the end-to-end planning and forecasting process for G&Adepartments and headcount planning & analysis.
  • Partner closely with department leaders todevelop annual operating budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financialplans for G&A functions.
  • Own the company's headcount planning andforecasting process for assigned business functions, ensuring alignment betweenhiring plans, financial forecasts, and organizational priorities.
  • Evaluate proposed investments by developingdetailed financial analyses, identifying key assumptions, risks, and expectedfinancial returns.
  • Monitor actual results against budget andforecast, proactively identifying variances and recommending actions to improvefinancial performance.
  • Translate complex financial information intoclear, actionable insights for senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, andtransparency in financial reporting and planning deliverables.
  • Foster a culture of financial accountability byhelping business partners understand tradeoffs, key performance drivers, andinvestment returns.
  • Champion CAVA's values through financialstewardship, strategic partnership, and a growth-oriented mindset.

The Qualifications:

Education& Experience
  • 5-7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporatefinance, or related roles, preferably in a consumer, manufacturing, ormulti-unit retail/restaurant environment.
  • Strong modeling, analytical, and quantitativeskills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to lead planning processes anddeliver impactful business insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the abilityto present financial information clearly and concisely to non-financialstakeholders.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in acollaborative, fast-paced organization.
  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity withfinancial planning systems (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive) and BI tools preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting,Economics, or a related field required; MBA or CPA a plus.
