Director, Finance – Card Tech+ Overview

Card Tech+ Finance is seeking a Director to lead a team of talented associates supporting some of the largest strategic initiatives within Card Tech and across the company. This role requires executive level communication skills, ability to navigate and solve complex problems and engage leaders across the organization. This role will provide an opportunity to build relationships across the organization and work collaboratively to deliver on Card's exciting agenda.

Specifics of the role include (but are not limited to):

  • Be a leader on the Card Tech+ finance team by driving forward the team's agenda, supporting the growth and development of the associates on the team and supporting results that have an impact.
  • Be a strategic advisor to key partners by leveraging financial insights to influence actions and results.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and provide regular updates on strategic initiatives.
  • Communicate analytic insights through clear, high impact, "executive-ready" presentations.
General Responsibilities
  • Create connections across the team and organization to drive collaboration and outcomes.
  • Ownership of budget and forecast accuracy for areas of responsibility.
  • Leverage sound business judgment to evaluate analytical results and formulate recommendations.
  • Accurately analyze & explain key cost drivers and annual financial trajectory.
  • Provide strategic insights and suggest actions to business and finance.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or other quantitative discipline, or military experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Finance, Business Analytics, Accounting, Strategy Consulting, or a combination.
  • At least 4 years' experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function.
  • At least 3 years of people management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance.
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
  • 8+ years' experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
  • 5+ years' experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function.
  • 4+ years of people management experience including both direct & indirect reports.
