We are currently looking for support trainers to join our Lexington, Kentucky team!

The support trainer is responsible for upholding company standards and providing an unmatched workout for our members, while fostering a community and helping members achieve their goals. The support trainer will be responsible for delivering dynamic and challenging workouts for members of all fitness levels. This position requires a strong ability to engage and motivate multiple members at a single time. The support trainer focuses on lifestyle, including mindset, nutrition, strength and burst training (HIIT), and creating an environment that exceeds members' expectations.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Training 5-10 camps per week - Delivering engaging pre-designed custom workouts to our members. Lead and motivate members through our 45-minute intensive camps.
  • Offering personal training in a group setting - Ability to engage multiple members in workouts while offering a personal experience at the same time.
  • Correcting form - Ensure the safety of our members participating in our camps, regardless of exercise background, offering form correction and modifications for specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels and or injury due to medical background of member.
  • Perform focus meetings - Facilitate our members success! Help with tracking, member attendance and personal accountability.
  • Providing excellent customer service - We value our members, and we show them by providing genuine interaction, empathetic engagement, and consistent devotion to their goals, In and out of the gym.
  • Teamwork through communication- Work with our team and communicate together to maximize the complete member experience
  • Facility management - Setting up and breaking down the setups before and or after the workout. Help to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the gym to ensure that the gym maintains a clean and orderly appearance.
  • Social media engagement - Be highly engaging with our community of members on all of our social media platforms.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid and acceptable Certified Personal Trainers certificate (CPT) or a degree in an exercise science field
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Minimum 2 years' personal training experience and or group fitness training.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized while effectively communicating in a positive and motivating manner
  • Have a high level of understanding and presence on social media
  • Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels and knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
  • Embody a hustle and grind mentality to achieve company goals and be open to grow personally and professionally
  • Reliable and available to work early mornings, evenings, holidays, and some Saturdays.
  • Computer savvy
  • Be able to provide excellent customer service to our members
  • Be a team player and able to clearly communicate with the team
