HealthSource Chiropractic of Roseland is looking for a high-energy, patient-oriented Rehabilitation Specialist/Chiropractic Assistant to join our team!

We are a fast-paced, upbeat chiropractic and progressive rehab clinic helping patients get back to doing what they love through chiropractic care, exercise therapy, and other wellness services.
If you are energetic, friendly, fun, purpose-driven, motivated, and a team player, we should talk! And because everything in our office moves quickly and there are multiple tasks to be completed, your strong phone, computer, and people skills are all vital. A BS/AS degree in Exercise Science or Personal Trainer Certification is preferred, but not required. If you have the right personality, drive, and desire, we can train you for this position!
What we are looking for:
  • An energetic, friendly, motivated, team player!
  • Excellent communicator with strong people skills
  • Comfortable using the computer and learning new systems
  • At least 1 year of experience in a health / fitness / healthcare setting is desired.
  • BS/AS degree (or currently pursuing) in Exercise Science or related field or a Personal Trainer Certification is preferred, but not required

Rehab Specialist Primary Responsibilities
  • Instruct patients on rehabilitation and corrective exercises
  • Perform routine strengthening exercises and therapeutic exercises as outlined by the Treatment plan
  • Consult with doctor regarding the outcome of home exercises and report findings and notes in EHR system
  • Apply therapies including scraping, cupping and taping; set up patients for spinal decompression therapy
  • Screen/mold patients for custom orthotics
  • Manage patient flow through the office
  • Social media marketing
  • Participate in Community Outreach Marketing

Things you should know
  • This position is an opportunity for part-time or full-time hours depending on candidate goals
  • Position is primarily Monday through Friday with potential for weekend community marketing events
  • Hourly compensation based on experience, plus the opportunity for bonuses.

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
