Duties and Responsibilities:

As an Eat The Frog Fitness Head Coach, one must provide leadership for the entire coaching staff.  The Head Coach sets the standards for the highest quality of training for the specific studio. This position controls the quality of the coaches execution for each session in the studio and also represents the communication of the coaching staff to management. The Head Coach works with management to ensure the best possible schedule for live classes and uses Eat The Frog Fitness Software to schedule live and virtual class times, as well any studio competitions and special events for promotional marketing and retention within the studio.

  • Recruit, Hire, Train, and Lead/Review of other Coaches

  • Stay Current with Eat The Frog Fitness training programs.

  • Manage coach schedule – subs (vacation/sick coverage)

  • Develop methods for consistent feedback from members/ instructors (surveys)

  • Work with management to market with studio events 

  • Set program goals w/ management team

  • Manage Equipment Upkeep

Qualifications:

ENERGETIC, ENGAGED AND TEAM-ORIENTED! AN ABSOLUTE MUST!! Flexible to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed.

Preferred Licenses, Certificates, Special Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology/Physical Education preferred

  • National Certification from at least one Eat The Frog Fitness approved Personal Training program: (ACE, ACSM, NASM, NSCA preferred) 

  • 1-2 years of instructor experience, 1+years experience in leadership role with instructors preferred

  • Successfully pass background check

  • First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
