Job description

Responsibilities
  • Provide consulting expertise specializing in business and operational process change and improvement.
  • Deliver process‑engineering support to production activities and plant projects to enhance operations and system performance.
  • Analyze existing processes and evaluate re‑engineering alternatives to address technical challenges and future business needs.
  • Integrate new business processes with existing systems and communicate changes to affected Business Systems teams.
  • Perform supply chain analyses, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve customer outcomes.
  • Use analytical findings to recommend operational improvements that increase efficiency and service quality.
  • Recommend and support quality‑improvement initiatives, including Six Sigma, ISO 9004, and related methodologies.
  • Model business processes and requirements using structured tools and techniques, such as use‑case scenarios.
  • Integrate business‑process models with data and system architectural models to ensure alignment and operational accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement and support organizational change initiatives.
Requirements
  • Level 2: 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 0 years experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience.
  • Level 3: 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
  • Level 4: 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in business process consulting, operational improvement, or process re‑engineering.
  • Strong understanding of process‑engineering principles and experience supporting production or plant operations.
  • Experience modeling business processes using structured methodologies and tools (e.g., use‑case scenarios, process modeling frameworks).
  • Ability to integrate business processes with data and system architecture requirements.
  • Familiarity with supply chain analysis, cost‑reduction strategies, and operational performance improvement.
  • Knowledge of quality‑improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, ISO 9004, Lean, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities, with the capacity to evaluate complex processes and recommend effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey process changes to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
