Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, with the ability to create and implement effective campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. With a focus on photography and graphic design, the position works directly with restaurants to enhance digital marketing strategies through websites, social media, and print. This role requires a creative individual with a strong understanding of the restaurant industry, food service sales, and digital marketing channels. Frequent travel required within the OPCO distribution footprint that may require overnight stays.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Photography - Capture high-quality images and video that showcase restaurant offerings, interiors, and customer experiences. Create visual content for various marketing channels.
  • Digital Strategy Development - Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic for internal and external businesses.
  • Content Creation - Develop engaging content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Training & Development - Work as a subject matter expert to train restaurants and foodservice establishments on digital marketing skills and trends. Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to restaurants, enhancing brand visibility and engagement.
  • Social Media Management - Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms, e.g. Instagram, Google, and internal platforms.
  • Web Design - Collaborate with clients on basic web design and layout improvements, ensuring a seamless user experience and brand consistency online.

Required Qualifications
Required Education: Bachelors
Required Experience: 6 Months - 1 Year
At least 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing or related role. Must include knowledge in Adobe Lightroom or Capture, Adobe Premier Pro, DSLR or Mirrorless Photography, and Use of Professional Grade Gimbal. In addition, must be proficient in Google Analytics, Adobe suite, Canva, Office 365, and social media platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
