Job Overview
We are seeking a Scheduler I (Technical Operations) for our Safety Assessment site located in Reno, Nevada.
The Scheduler I schedules all protocol-required tasks for in-life studies, ensuring proper placement of employees into specific study activities based on competency and responsibilities. Additionally, schedule employee department and global trainings, and manage the department level study schedule and resources.
Job Description
Plans, coordinates and documents resource availability for proposed and active studies. Coordinates with Client Services, Resource Management, Operations, supporting labs, and consultants to ensure accurate scheduling and logistics.
The following are minimum requirements related to the Scheduler I position.

  • Associate's degree (A.A./A.S.) or equivalent in scientific support/administrative or related discipline.
  • 2 years of related experience in a laboratory or research environment. Previous experience in a GLP environment preferred.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of staff and sponsors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Proficient in the use of word processing, spreadsheet and database desktop applications.
  • The starting wage is $20.50 USD per hour. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
  • Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm daily.
