Job Summary

The Stine family, including 3 generations of Stine family members, together with hundreds of associates, work side by side together toward providing the nation's best home improvement shopping experience and premier preferred workplace of its kind. Our retail and contractor supply locations provide thousands of quality products for new construction, remodeling, and industrial projects. Stine helps customers associates, and families build their dreams!


Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.

  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive financial leadership. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, risk management, analytics, and strategic planning.

  • Knowledge: Financial management, accounting principles, and corporate finance.

  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Communication: Clear, effective communication skills (both verbal and written, in-person and over the phone).

  • Discretion: Able to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all matters.

  • Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail.

  • Critical Thinking: Able to solve problems by using critical thinking skills and strategy.
