We offer our client services in Financial Accounting and Reporting, Taxation Planning and Preparation, Business Valuation and Litigation Support, Information Technology Support, Estate Planning, Financial Planning and Management and Management Advisory Services.
We are currently seeking an Experienced Tax Manager to join our team. This individual would lead and manage multiple tax engagements to deliver quality tax services for our clients. This position offers excellent opportunities for leadership and career advancement to the right candidate.
Job Description
• Review of complex federal and state income taxes for individuals, businesses, real estate.
• Build new and existing client relationships and demonstrate knowledge of client business.
• Review internal memoranda, written correspondence/guidance and other documents for submission to the IRS or Treasury Department.
• Trains staff, reviews and evaluate their work.
• Manages multiple clients, budgets and production goals.
Qualifications
• Must have B.A./B.S. degree in Accounting and a Masters in Taxation
• CPA Certification required
• 6+ years prior experience in public accounting in taxation
• 2+ years of significant supervisory experience
• Experience preparing individual, business, benefit fund, real estate and exempt organization tax returns
• Strong accounting and analytical skills
• Strong computer skills: proficiency in the CCH Suite, Excel, Word and other tax software programs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and ability to multi-task.
