Are you passionate about helping children and families overcome life's challenges? Kaleidoscope Family Solutions is seeking Independent Contractors to provide outpatient mental health services to youth and their families in the least restrictive environment possible across Sussex County.
In this fulfilling role, you will assist youth in addressing a wide range of concerns, from behavioral and relational issues to mood disorders like depression and anxiety. Services are primarily provided in the home or community, focusing on empowering youth and families to find solutions, strengthen coping skills, and utilize available resources.

Your Role:
* Psychosocial Assessments: Conduct assessments, including diagnosis, clinical disposition, and treatment recommendations.
* Treatment Plans: Develop collaborative treatment plans based on clinical assessments, client and family needs, and input from formal and informal supports.
* Therapy: Provide individual, family, and group therapy based on clinical needs.
* Crisis Intervention: Offer crisis intervention and planning when necessary.
* Coordination of Services: Work with DPBHS and other agencies to coordinate services for youth and families.
* Education & Advocacy: Educate youth and families about community resources, symptoms, diagnoses, and available treatment options. Advocate for the services they need.
* Culturally Competent Care: Provide culturally sensitive and appropriate services.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
* Confidentiality: Ensure privacy and confidentiality of youth and family health information in line with HIPAA standards.
* Supervision & Ethics: Unlicensed contractors must participate in weekly supervision, as required by state regulations, and adhere to professional ethical standards.
What You Need:
* Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, or a related human services field.
* License-eligible or Licensed in Delaware (LCSW, LPCMH, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist preferred).
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Ability to pass FBI, Child Abuse, and Criminal Background Checks + Drug Test.
* Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to upholding professional ethics and boundaries.
