Lakemary has been a leader in providing individualized services for children and adults with autism spectrum disorder and other intellectual/developmental differences. Job Summary:

This position will work with children with developmental disabilities and co-occurring psychiatric diagnosis, in a residential environment. This position includes completing functional behavior assessments, creating behavioral plans, and being the treatment team lead for no more than five clients. Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary treatment team and providing consultation to a multi-disciplinary treatment team. NO BILLABLE HOURS. Collaborative focus with clinicians, BCBA's, and residential supervisors on behavioral plan development and program fidelity.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee implementation of PBIS and tiered system and provide data-driven feedback on implementation strategies.
  • Assist in staff trainings related to PBIS, PBIS tiered interventions, Pyramidal Behavioral Skills Training.
  • Conduct treatment fidelity assessments to ensure proper implementation of the behavior support plan.
  • Develop data collection systems and behavior support programs for individuals.
  • Training caregivers on positive behavioral strategies.
  • Overseeing the treatment of high acuity clients in a residential setting with no more than five clients.
  • Develop ABA focused treatment plansalong with implementation of Behavioral Skills Training with direct care staff on behavioral plans.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in applied behavior analysis or related field.
  • Licensed or licensed eligible as a Licensed Behavioral Analyst (LBA).
  • Certified or eligible for BCBA certification.
