Job description

We are seeking highly organized, detail-oriented professionals with Master's degree in Clinical Psychology to join our psychology support team in Sugar Land and Houston, Texas. The candidate will provide essential support to Clinical Psychologists by administering and scoring psychological assessments. This role involves assisting the psychologist in working closely with patients and their families to track improvements and ensure patient goals are met through careful management and follow-up, and assist in report writing under supervision.

This is a pat time (PRN) position with full time opportunity, minimum 3 days a week

Support Responsibilities

  • Administer and score psychological tests and questionnaires
  • Document behavioral observations during testing sessions
  • Enter test results accurately into the patient database
  • Assist Clinical Psychologists with report writing and interpretation of test data
  • Provide tools and support for patient management and follow-up
  • Communicate with patients and families regarding care concerns and goals
  • Establish timelines, tasks, and goals for patient progress tracking

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology
  • Internship opportunities also available for qualified Doctoral students

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in psychological testing
  • Familiarity with assessments such as WAIS, WISC, NEPSY, DKEFS, RBANS, WCST, MMPI, PAI
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with psychological assessment and report writing
