JOB SUMMARY:
  • Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and governance for Smartsheet and Jira as enterprise-grade platforms within the organization.
  • Ensure these tools are strategically aligned with business objectives, deliver measurable value, and operate under a consistent governance framework.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to expand platform capabilities, standardize processes, and promote adoption, while ensuring data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency..

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for Smartsheet and Jira, align enhancements and new capabilities with enterprise priorities, IT governance standards, and user needs.
  • Establish, document, and maintain governance models, configuration standards, and best practices to ensure consistent, compliant, and scalable solutions across the organization.
  • Oversee platform configuration, license management, integrations, and security settings in collaboration with IT compliance, Infrastructure, and other supporting IT teams.
  • Partner with business units to understand requirements, evaluate solution requests, and prioritize features and enhancements that maximize enterprise value.
  • Lead forums for stakeholder alignment and roadmap updates.
  • Identify opportunities to expand platform use cases, drive adoption through targeted training, and implement solutions that reduce manual effort, improve reporting accuracy, and support data-driven decision making.
  • Manage relationships with Smartsheet and Atlassian (Jira) representatives, escalating issues, influencing product direction, and leveraging vendor resources for enablement and problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design, implement, and manage integrations between Smartsheet, Jira, ServiceNow, Clarity, and other enterprise systems to enhance workflows and data synchronization.
  • Develop and track KPIs to measure platform effectiveness, adoption, and ROI.
  • Use insights to guide continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal resources and external partners to ensure timely resolution of issues, minimize downtime, and provide a seamless user experience.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to platform security, compliance, or performance, ensuring adherence to corporate and regulatory requirements.
