Position Summary

Kaseya is seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly customer-focused Senior Staff Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of key product initiatives across our IT Complete portfolio. This role is responsible for driving long-term product strategy, influencing executive stakeholders, and delivering innovative solutions that create measurable business impact.

As a senior individual contributor, the Product Manager will partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to define market-leading products that address the evolving needs of MSPs and IT professionals. This role requires strong technical acumen, exceptional business judgment, and a proven track record of delivering successful SaaS products at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with Kaseya's corporate objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities through customer engagement, competitive analysis, industry trends, and data-driven insights.
  • Own complex product initiatives spanning multiple teams, business units, and technology platforms.
  • Translate customer and business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and prioritization frameworks.
  • Partner with Engineering and Architecture teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
  • Lead roadmap planning and investment decisions based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate product success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Influence executive decision-making through thoughtful product recommendations and business cases.
  • Champion customer-centric product development practices across the organization.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to support go-to-market planning, product positioning, and customer adoption.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to Product Managers across the organization.
  • Serve as a product thought leader internally and externally through customer engagements, conferences, and strategic partner discussions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of Product Management experience, including ownership of product strategy, roadmap development, and product delivery.
  • Demonstrated success launching and scaling complex SaaS, cloud, enterprise software, or technology products.
  • Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies and software development lifecycles.
  • Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using data and customer insights to drive product decisions and business outcomes.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in IT management, cybersecurity, MSP, automation, or enterprise technology solutions.
  • Product Management certifications (CSPO, Pragmatic Institute, Product School, or equivalent).

Compensation:ย CAD 200,000.00 - 210,000.00 + 10% annual bonus
