A large Southeastern corporate law firm with international reach seeks a highly qualified patent prosecution associate to join the intellectual property practice in their Raleigh office.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be registered with the USPTO.
  • Advanced degree (Masters or Ph.D.) in Life Sciences required.
  • 3+ years experience preparing / prosecuting patents in one or more of the following areas:
  1. Biologic Therapies
  2. Cancer Biology
  3. Immunotherapies
  4. Genetics
  5. Molecular Biology
