The Opportunity:

West Liberty University is seeking applications for aFaculty Biology member. The Department of Biological Sciences at West Liberty University, College of Sciences,invites applications for a 9-month, non-tenure track faculty position to teach courses inall areas of undergraduate-level biology, including majors/non-majors biology,
microbiology, and anatomy and physiology. The minimum education required for thisposition is an earned M.S. in Biology or a Masters in a related field. Preference will be given to candidates with teaching experience at the collegiate level, particularly inlaboratory courses. Candidates will be expected to develop courses for remote learningand to teach additional courses in their specific area of expertise as needed.

  • Participate in activities related to student recruitment and retention

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • M.S. in Biology or a Masters in a related field
  • Preference given to candidates with teaching experience at the collegiate level, particularly inlaboratory courses.
