SUMMARY
The Sr. Customer Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in designing and executing effective marketing strategies to engage customers across all stages of their journey, driving retention and growth. This role collaborates closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Customer Success, and Product to plan and manage campaigns and communication strategies tailored to key customer segments. You'll also be responsible for developing metrics and evaluation protocols to assess campaign effectiveness, identifying opportunities for optimization, and implementing improvements. Success in this position relies on strong interpersonal skills to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and drive impactful customer engagement initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plan and manage integrated customer campaigns to achieve renewal and growth targets.
  • Execute and manage customer communication strategies to keep customers informed about key product updates and organizational changes.
  • Design, implement, and manage a customer milestone program to celebrate key moments in the customer journey, including the selection and distribution of thoughtful physical gifts to recognize and reward loyalty and engagement.
  • Ensure messaging consistency and alignment with the customer voice across all functions and touchpoints.
  • Develop and maintain a customer communications calendar that captures all touchpoints throughout the customer journey.
  • Act as the project manager for customer marketing initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that design and messaging align with campaign objectives and strategic goals, while ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
  • Optimize the use of communication channels to maximize campaign impact and engagement.
  • Monitor and assess risks and opportunities across various departmental projects to ensure alignment with goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to management and stakeholders for continuous improvement.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ Years of B2B marketing experience. Customer marketing experience is a plus.
  • Strong creative thinking skills paired with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent analytical skills for identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.
  • Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in dynamic and fast-paced marketing environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
