Chesaning, MI | First Shift | Full Time | $20 to $30 per Hour | Overtime Available


Are you an experienced CNC machinist who enjoys precision work, challenging setups, and producing high-quality parts? We're looking for a skilled machinist to join a growing team where craftsmanship, quality, and attention to detail are valued.


This is a hands-on position working on precision milling projects in a clean, organized shop with modern equipment. If you enjoy problem solving and take pride in your work, we'd like to hear from you.


What You'll Do

  • Set up and operate JET CNC milling machines equipped with ACU-RITE MILLPWR CNC controls
  • Program and modify toolpaths using Mastercam
  • Read blueprints and interpret GD&T
  • Optimize tooling, feeds, speeds, and setup processes
  • Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, indicators, and height gages
  • Document inspection results in ProShop ERP
  • Help maintain quality standards and support continuous improvement efforts


What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 5 years of CNC machining experience
  • Strong setup and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience programming with Mastercam
  • Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T
  • Experience using precision measuring equipment
  • Knowledge of tooling, materials, and machining strategies
  • Familiarity with AS9100 quality standards
  • Dependable, detail oriented, and committed to producing quality work
