What You’ll Do

  • Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Ford diesel and commercial vehicles
  • Utilize Ford factory diagnostic tools and service information to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Work on high-volume commercial and fleet vehicles in a Ford Pro Elite environment
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair needs and recommendations
  • Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturer standards
  • Mentor and support junior technicians when needed
  • Regularly required to:
  • Sit, stand, and walk
  • Use hands and arms to handle, feel, or reach
  • Speak and hear clearly
  • Use close vision abilities
  • Operate vehicles with a valid driver’s license
