The Big Task


You will cultivate trusted relationships with Nexstar members to book and deliver impactful training experiences. Using your expertise and influence, you’ll promote upcoming sessions, customize content to member needs, and facilitate engaging, results-driven workshops that inspire lasting growth and performance improvement.


Key Tasks

  • Master Nexstar’s participant-centered facilitation
  • Build, develop, and update curriculum
  • Create your own expertise within the training department
  • Build and develop relationships with Nexstar member companies

  • This position requires you to travel, stand for prolonged periods of time, and occasionally sit at a desk for a prolonged period of time

Compensation Range

Total Compensation (base + commissions) $65,000-150,000+
