We provide expert residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing, drain, and sewer solutions with same-day service and 24/7 emergency availability. Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Master Plumber to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead plumbing projects from start to finish, mentor apprentice and journeyman plumbers, and serve as the technical authority on job sites. You will be the face of Our Client — delivering the five-star service our customers count on.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect, install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, sewers, drains, water heaters, and gas lines
  • Diagnose plumbing issues and develop effective, code-compliant solutions
  • Lead and mentor apprentice and journeyman plumbers on job sites
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building specifications
  • Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety regulations
  • Provide upfront pricing estimates and communicate clearly with customers
  • Respond to emergency service calls as needed, including nights and weekends
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time on site
  • Coordinate with dispatchers and project managers to ensure timely job completion

Qualifications

  • Active Master Plumber license in the state of employment (required)
  • Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience, including journeyman-level work
  • Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, and emergency plumbing systems
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications
  • Excellent customer communication and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in confined spaces or at heights

Compensation

  • Base salary: $75,000 – $95,000 per year, depending on experience and location
  • Top earners (high-demand markets): up to $118,000+
  • Hourly equivalent: $36 – $46/hour
  • Overtime and emergency call pay available (1.5x–2x standard rate)
