Job Summary
Spurlocks Luxury Outdoor Living is seeking an experienced Master Mason/Foremen to lead high-end masonry installations. We specialize in luxury outdoor living spaces built with precision, craftsmanship, and pride. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay: $30-$40 per hour including performance bonus
  • Full-time
  • Monday to Friday (No Weekends): 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts

Core Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage job sites to meet all project specifications.
  • Schedule crews, materials, and equipment efficiently.
  • Ensure projects are completed on or ahead of schedule.
  • Lead and assist with high-quality installation across multiple sites.
  • Maintain safety, organization, and craftsmanship standards at all times.
Essential Experience
  • Minimum of 10 years experience of hands-on experience in masonry, concrete, and hardscape.
  • Proven experience constructing: Outdoor Kitchens, Fireplaces, Bluestone, large format pavers, and porcelain tiles (including steps), wet and dry set, masonry walls
Required Skills
  • Strong ability to read blueprints and perform material takeoffs.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple crews simultaneously.
  • Confident leader who maintains high standards for quality and productivity.
  • We are seeking a high-level craftsman and lead who can manage people, projects, and quality.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Mason or in a similar position
  • Certification or training in masonry is preferred
  • Ability to collaborate with other construction professionals
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations
  • Knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery is preferred
