Job description

A master tech within the shop will help with all aspects of shop management. This is a position that requires extensive experience diagnosing and repairing vehicles, this is not an entry level position in automotive repair. This position responsibilities includes the training of other junior techs, bay scheduling and management, and all other aspects of ensuring repairs are done timely and accurately.

Incentives are dependent upon the different skill sets the employee has, the more they can do the more they can make.
