Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Delaware | Full-Time | Remote

Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide virtual mental health services to clients across Delaware. You will assess client needs, provide psychotherapy, develop treatment plans, and connect clients with resources that support their overall well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations
  • Provide individual psychotherapy through telehealth
  • Develop and update client treatment plans
  • Monitor symptoms, progress, and treatment outcomes
  • Assess risk and follow established crisis procedures

Requirements

  • Master's or doctoral degree in social work
