• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' emotional and psychological needs, crafting tailored treatment plans that address their specific challenges.
• Utilize solution-based psychotherapy interventions that empower clients to work through their issues while promoting resilience and self-efficacy.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations, ensuring client confidentiality and ethical professional conduct.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and support staff, to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate clinical staff, clients, and families about treatment options and mental health resources available to enrich their understanding and facilitate better outcomes.

As an LCSW at our clinic, you will work primarily with adults who are navigating mental health challenges such as trauma-related disorders, anxiety, and depression. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of New York is mandatory.

• The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, reflective of your skills and experience.
