Description The Project Manager's Key Responsibilities: Managing ground up multifamily projects from foundation to key turnover Successfully lead construction projects valued over $20M Delivering on time and within budge projects for mutlifamily clients across Indianapolis Create and maintain the master schedule Assist in preconstruction planning Oversee a Project Engineer and delegate tasks Work alongside Superintendent and subcontractors to deliver successful projects Provide feedback during estimating and project buyout Profile The Successful Project Manager: 2-4+ years working on multifamily projects. Construction related degree preferred. Land development experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to direct, organize, and communicate with people of all levels and personalities. Ability to read and understand contracts, blueprints, construction project schedules, and scopes of work. Ability to successfully manage moderately complex projects from preconstruction stage to completion. Experience working on projects ground up & valued over $20M (minimum requirement).
